Barbie weaver first joined our team in January 2021 as a litigation paralegal. Assisting attorney Eric Nelson, she focuses on the litigation process: drafting pleadings, motions, document filing, client communications, and all aspects of legal discovery.
Barbie obtained her degree in Paralegal Studies from South Puget Sound Community College in 2016 and graduated from the University of Washington in 2020 obtaining a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Law and Policy.
Prior to joining Nelson Injury Law, Barbie spent a decade working for the Squaxin Island Tribe. Outside of work, Barbie cherishes her most important role as a mother to her two daughters. When Barbie is not working, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, and being outdoors.
